Refund policy

At Scrubs R Us Boutique, we aim to provide a seamless shopping experience. Please review our return and exchange policies:

  1. Store Credit Only: All returns are refunded in the form of store credit. Refunds are not offered. Once your store credit is issued, you may use it to place a new order.
  2. Exchanges: Exchanges are welcome within 30 days of receipt, subject to the condition of the merchandise.
  3. Condition: Returned items must be unworn, in their original packaging, and in resaleable condition.
  4. Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
  5. Processing Time: Store credits will be issued within 5 business days after the returned merchandise has been inspected and approved.
  6. Return Authorization: Prior to returning any items, please email us to request return authorization approval.
  7. Shipping Returns: Once your return is approved, you will receive an email with the return address. Please retain your tracking number for your records when shipping the package.

Order Cancellations

  • You may cancel a paid order within 12 hours of purchase during business hours (Monday–Friday).
  • Orders canceled after the 12-hour window will follow our return policy (see above).

Processing Times

  • Orders placed after 4:00 PM on Saturdays will begin processing the following Monday, as our processing center is closed on Sundays to allow our staff to package and ship orders from the week.
  • We do not process orders on Sundays or major holidays.
  • Your order will be processed within 1-3 business days after payment is received and cleared.
  • Orders will be shipped within 5–7 business days after payment is processed, though we strive to ship sooner whenever possible.
